Our lovely patient in her mid 20s presented with ptotic (saggy) breast, asymmetry, and complaints of neck and upper back pain, as well as, bra strap grooving. She underwent a small reduction/lift, improved symmetry, and immediate resolution of her symptoms from breast hypertrophy. Her right shoulder in natural pose is higher than her left; this was discussed at pre-op and gives the illusion her right breast is slighter higher than her left breast.
