This 51-year-old female underwent a customized approach to breast augmentation in New Orleans LA with Dr. Heath Charvet in his onsite AAAASF accredited operating room at Magnolia Plastic Surgery & MedSpa, which included Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch silicone implants utilizing a duel plane placement and rapid recovery technique. Rapid Recovery includes the use of PECs I & II nerve blocks and early mobilization to minimize downtown. To correct her asymmetry, a 485cc implant was used in the right breast and 520cc implant in the left; this restored a balanced and natural look. Additionally 450cc of axillary liposuction was performed to smooth the underarm area, and IMF relocation was utilized to reposition the breast fold for a youthful, natural breast shape.
