Lisa Charvet
CRNA, DNP
Dr. Lisa Charvet is a Certified Nurse Anesthesiologist with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. With over a decade of experience as an anesthesia provider, Lisa is an obligate follower of ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) ensuring our patients have the most comfortable surgical experience. She has championed many innovations during her illustrious career, including the startup of a nerve block team for pain reduction in breast cancer reconstruction patients during her time with Kaiser Permanente. Her passion for painless patient experiences is evident by her integral roll as a member of the pain management team, utilizing a multimodal approach to deliver effective pain control while limiting narcotic requirements. Additional passions of Lisa include epidural placements (she still works weekends to do Obstetric pain control), spending time with her family, hiking, and spin classes. Revered by her colleagues and loved by her patients, Lisa provides an intimate level of care to all of her patients, setting the standard of luxury that defines Magnolia Plastic Surgery & MedSpa. Lisa is also the wife of Dr. Heath Charvet, and they treat every patient as if they are part of their family.
Jessica Maddox
RN
Jessica Maddox, a NOLA native, is a Registered Nurse that joined Magnolia at the start of 2023. She graduated with a BSN from LSUHSC in 2016, after which she did travel nursing exploring the country working in the ICU. She moved to Denver in 2019 and return home to New Orleans in 2021, where she started working in the PACU. Jessica plays a pivotal role at Magnolia, offering OR and PACU nursing, IV hydration therapy, and assisting with our weight management program. She is always happy, always smiling, and embodies the luxury but comforting brand that is Magnolia Plastic Surgery & MedSpa!
Ashley Morreale
Patient Care Coordinator
Ashley Morreale joined Magnolia Plastic Surgery & MedSpa as a Patient Care Coordinator in August 2022 with 5+ years of experience in the medical field. With a passion for enhancing patient experiences, she ensures that every individual receives personalized care and support throughout their journey. Ashley is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of patients and provide compassionate, bilingual assistance. Her dedication to patient satisfaction and her keen organizational skills make her an invaluable member of the team. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys the culture of NOLA and spending time with her son.
Jonetta Henderson
OR Tech
Jonetta Henderson is our lead surgical scrub tech, providing the latest and greatest in sterile technique and surgical setup. She comes to Magnolia with over 6 years of experience working in the operating room at a major local hospital. She joined Magnolia in early 2023 and is an integral part of the Magnolia operative experience. On non-operating days, her big smile can be seen throughout the clinic.
Lindsey Satterlee, CRNA
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
With over 10 years of experience in anesthesia care, Lindsey Satterlee, CRNA, is a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Magnolia Plastic Surgery & MedSpa in New Orleans, Louisiana. Throughout her career, Lindsey has developed a deep expertise in administering anesthesia for a variety of procedures, with a particular focus on cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries, ensuring the highest level of safety and comfort for every patient.
Lindsey’s professional journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence and patient-centered care. She holds a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia and is board-certified, with advanced training in anesthesiology, pharmacology, and pain management. Lindsey takes pride in her ability to customize anesthesia plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, collaborating closely with the surgical team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Known for her calm demeanor and compassionate approach, Lindsey creates a reassuring environment for patients before, during, and after their procedures. Her passion for patient care and continuous learning ensures that she stays at the forefront of the latest anesthesia techniques and best practices.

Aesthetician
Maiya Stewart is our trusted aesthetician and laser expert, with over 12 years of experience in facial rejuvenation and corrective treatments. She specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments, anti aging treatments, corrective chemical peels and laser treatments. Always on the cutting edge, Maiya is devoted to finding the most effective technologies and treatments available to ensure the best possible results for our patients. Maiya is comprehensive in her approach, addressing the total health and well-being of your skin. She customizes her in office treatments to address multiple skin concerns and educates patients on how to effectively care for their skin at home. Her goal is to provide immediate and long-term corrective solutions for all skin conditions.
Christy Hoerner
Aesthetician
Christy Hoerner is an Aesthetician that specializes in LASER, Advanced Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Melasma, Acne, and Anti-Aging Rejuvenation. Her passion is to make others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She also has a vast knowledge of skin care products, helping those achieve their optimal appearance.
Christy’s Professional Aesthetics experience spans over 20 years in both medical and non-medical aesthetics. Her formal aesthetics training was through the National Aesthetics Institute of Scottsdale, located in Scottsdale, AZ. Upon the completion of her studies, while still in Arizona, Christy began her career in Medical Aesthetics and later in the Spa industry.
…but she missed New Orleans.
In the early 2000’s she moved back home to continue her passion for skincare right here in New Orleans, Louisiana!
Christy strives to constantly further her professional development by remaining up to date on the latest modalities and skin care treatments, offering our patients the latest and greatest technologies in laser and aesthetic services.
