New Orleans - Explant (implant removal), breast lift with fat grafting & lipo

Lovely patient in her 30s, BMI 27, with a long standing history of breast implants. She felt they were too big, had changed with child birth, and was seeking options for a more natural look. We formulated a plan and did implant removal, breast lift (mastopexy) to help restore her shape and position. Fat grafting to her breast was added to increase her volume, but not as big as her previous implants. In addition I performed liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and inner thighs with etching to give her a beautiful contour. This was all performed on site in our state of the art AAAASF accredited office surgery suite, where we perform customized surgical and anesthesia plans. While not every patient after pregnancy is a candidate for liposuction only, this patient had an amazing transformation and we couldn't be happier for her. She is only 3 months out from surgery here, and will update photos as she progresses further in her recovery.
